Our November 2021 Ages 3-4 Book of the Month

My pick for this month is Wonky Donkey’s Big Surprise. Here’s a series that needs no introduction, as it is the latest title in the bestselling series that took world by storm a few years ago, as you may remember when blew up into absolute viral YouTube sensation after being read by the Scottish Granny! The illustrations by Katz Cowley communicate such a sense of warmth and love. I can’t spoil story for you, so you’ll have to guess what the surprise is, but rest assured that Craig Smith delivers on another lyrical and fun verse that is great to read aloud.

I think this will be slipping under a lot of trees. It’s a book about family love, teaches children to be understanding and communicates empathy and, of course features lots of heehaws and laughs.
