Product description

After the death of her parents, orphaned Mary Lennox is sent to live with her uncle on the remote Yorkshire Moors. But his house, Misselthwaite Manor, is an unhappy one, scarred by a tragedy that took place many years before. Miserable and lonely, Mary starts to explore the house’s grounds. There, led by a mischievous robin, she stumbles across a secret walled garden. As if by magic, her life begins to change… A classic story which has delighted generations of readers, now in a beautiful Oxford edition.

The secret garden is a classic tale of a girl called mary, who’s parents die of cholera in india and she has been sent to mistlethwait manor in yorkshire. This books is one of those books that when you start reading you find it impossible to put it down! I would recommend this book for readers aged 8-12
