Product description

Hubble, bubble, toil and trouble! Get ready to chuckle at the hilarious trials of Mildred Hubble, the funniest and most disaster-prone witch ever to darken the doors of Miss Cackle’s Academy for Witches! When clumsy Mildred arrives at the Academy, she has no idea just what she’s in for. It’s bad enough that every spell she attempts goes horribly, chaotically wrong – but worse is to come when she accidentally turns Ethel, the teacher’s pet, into her deadly enemy. This classic book, the first in a much-loved series, creates a magnificently offbeat world populated by unforgettably spooky characters. Many chuckles later, readers will be in no doubt that, while Mildred might be the worst witch in the world, she’s the best friend you could ever have!

Also available: Read and Respond activities to accompany The Worst Witch.
