Product description

You can learn a lot about life by observing another species. That’s what Humphrey the hamster was told when he was bought as a classroom pet for Room 26. And it’s true! As well as his classroom escapades, each weekend he gets to sleep over with a different student, like Stop-Giggling-Gail and Repeat-That-Please-Richie. With adventures galore, Humphrey’s life would be perfect… if only the teacher, Mrs Brisbane, wasn’t out to get him! This hilarious look at the world from a hamster’s perspective is deliciously charming and completely true to life. Wise and original, and with boy and girl appeal, it effortlessly captures classroom life with all its ups and downs.

Humphrey is so cute – he makes you see the world through his eyes. He doesn’t judge but just labels people and things and it is so funny. He has loads of different adventures and manages to survive each one!
