Product Description

Things aren’t going well for Clarice Bean. Her parents keep squabbling, her brother is a total loser, and her best friend Betty Moody has left town. As if all that wasn’t bad enough, she’s also got a new rival at school: pretty, horrible Clem Hansson. When everything is going wrong, what’s a girl like Clarice to do? Maybe her favourite storybook heroine, Ruby Redfort, can offer some advice. But what Clarice doesn’t know is that Ruby’s way of dealing with trouble is about to lead to – you guessed it! BIG TROUBLE!

  • The sixth hilarious story about this classic character
  • Written and drawn by Children’s Laureate Lauren Child
  • Clarice is a true one-off with a fresh, distinctive voice
  • An offbeat celebration of imagination and creativity
