Our Green book band pack is perfect for children with a reading age of 5-6.5.

Each reader is carefully levelled to build children’s reading confidence through the gentle introduction of new words, characters and themes. Green level readers focus on:

• Introducing complex sentence structures including two clauses
• Meaningful illustrations to support the story
• Strong narratives covering animals, food and real-life experiences
• Repetition of up to 250 high frequency words
• Average word count of 235 words per reader
