Striders

Striders are a collection of 32 carefully structured high-low decodable books for striving readers ages 7+. Having identified an obvious need for phonics help for children beyond age 7 via our research into the teaching of reading, we have created this series to include age-appropriate themes and content while still being phonically decodable.

Fast Forward

Fast Forward is a high-interest, low-levelled reading programme, developed to narrow the gap for reluctant or struggling readers. Created for children with an interest level of 7-12 years and a reading age of 5-9.5 years, Fast Forward’s finely levelled approach boosts reading ability and confidence.

These highly visual and engaging books and accompanying audio are perfect for guided or independent reading, and can help to develop writing and spoken language skills too.

Catch Up Your Code

Catch Up Your Code identifies and addresses gaps in knowledge of the alphabetic code of English. This knowledge is critical for efficient decoding and spelling, as any gaps impact negatively on reading comprehension and quality writing.

The programme starts with a short assessment to identify gaps in code knowledge, then provides a series of fast, effective 10-minute lessons to close the gaps. Catch Up Your Code supports both remote or face-to-face learning environments.
