Mary Hooper has written contemporary fiction for all ages, but is perhaps best known for her historical novels. In 2010 At the Sign of the Sugared Plum was selected for the Booked Up scheme. In 2011 Fallen Grace was nominated for the Carnegie Medal and three regional awards. Mary lives in Henley-on-Thames.
