    They run away to Kirrin island to escape from the horrible sticks that may have something to do with the strange going ons on Kirrin island.

    I loved this book with all the adventures I loved it the Famous Five books have very detailed description I would recommend this to all early readers and readers to the age of 15

    The famous five is a great set of books about the adventures of four children-Julian, Dick, George, Anne and their dog called Timmy. Quentin is away and aunt fanny is ill and joanna is also away so aunt fanny hires the sticks to come to cook and clean but not any of the five can bear with them so they run away to stay at kirrin island together. I would recommend this kind of book for 7-11 year olds
