Product description

Everyone knows that tyrannosauruses are big and scary! So when a placid duckbill dinosaur’s egg ends up in the wrong nest, confusion is sure to ensue! When the baby dinosaur hatches out, he’s so out of place that his grisly big sisters call him Tyrannosaurus Drip. Poor little Drip: all he wants is a quiet life munching on water weed. But don’t be fooled by his size – for this little creature turns out to be very brave indeed! This hilarious rhyming tale by the author of The Gruffalo tells a touching yet comical story about having the courage to be yourself. Full of flamboyant artwork which bristles with deliciously wicked dinosaurs, this rhyming favourite offers plenty of scope for mime and role-play activities.

“The roaring, hooting, monster success of the season.” The Times

“Comic, dynamic and charming.” Sunday Times

“Rollicks along very engrossingly.” Independent

This is a great book. I got given it when my mum & dad were adopting and its good as it helped me understand how a child feels being with a family that made them feel sad & different then what happened when they got a new family. It really helped us and will be reading it to my new sister
