Fun and enjoyable read

What a fab idea for a book – how to train your grown ups! Katie is a great character who thinks she has everything sussed. She manipulates her mum and predicts her response to everything so she can get her own way….until Katie’s mum gets a new man and Katie cannot control anything she does! I love Katie’s dilemma between choosing power or her mum’s happiness. A funny and enjoyable read about families and growing up.

If you think that this book will give you step by step instructions on how to train your mom or dad, then you are wrong. This book is realistic fiction. I lost interest soon into the book, but finished it anyway.

This book is great! It is about Katie’s everyday life and problems with adults. I thought this book was funny and easy-to-read.
