Product description

There’s more misery ahead for the Baudelaire orphans in this second book of doom-filled adventures. Things briefly seem to be looking up for the trio when they escape Count Olaf’s clutches and go to live with jolly Uncle Monty. Monty has promised to take them to Peru as soon as his new assistant, Stephano, arrives. Meanwhile, the children are mesmerised by the exotic snakes that Uncle Monty keeps in his Reptile Room. But – oh so unfortunately – when Stephano finally arrives, he turns out to be Count Olaf in disguise. Murder, deception and another cunning attempt to steal the Baudelaire fortune are on the cards…

The second best book in the world! The Baudelaire orphans are at an uncles house full of reptiles, but unfortunately, there uncles new assistant didn’t make them feel at home. When there uncle dies of a suspicious snake bite, there left with the assistant, OLAF.

It’s a little strange how even though these books each have their unfortunate event they are really enjoyable, each page spent in anticipation of Violets inventions, Klaus’ knowledge and sunny’s Bites. this is the second in the series and I find one especially heartbreaking as they could’ve been really happy with quirky old uncle monty.

This book introduces a new characters after Lemony’s first novel. He makes sure the book is real and the reader would believe everything of the moments that had happened after they received bad news on that very day at Briny Beach that their parents had died.

I think that The Reptile Room is a scary yet intresting story of the Unfotunate Budalaire Orphans living with their Uncle Monty (Montgomery Montgomery) who dies because Count Olaf poisons him.

I give this book a 5/5 star rating. You should definatly read it!
