PM Purple: Two Red Tugs (PM Storybooks) Level 20 x 6 Pack

This story was inspired by the work of two much-loved red tugs, ‘Toia’ and ‘Kupe’, of the Port of Wellington, New Zealand. In 1981 they towed a stricken freighter on one line.
