Each of the ten PM Writing Big Books offers:

  • Exemplar texts for deconstructing text purpose, text structure, and language features
  • Access to the online Teacher’s Portal via a unique digital access code that can be found on the inside front cover

Emergent exemplar texts

  • Model a range of text types commonly taught in the early years of schooling
  • Support oral language and vocabulary development
  • Provide opportunities to build simple sentences for composing simple texts.
