Can I return my item for an exchange?

If you’re not happy with an item you’ve ordered then just return it to us within 28 days for an exchange or refund. Please send the items to the address below along with a completed returns form

How can I return an incorrect or damaged item?

Should you receive any items that are incorrect or damaged, please call us on 0845 603 9091 (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm) and we will of course send a replacement straight away, free of charge. Please download and complete our returns form and return the incorrect or damaged item to the following address:

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order was not paid for using Scholastic Rewards, you can re-open it on the day you place it up until 5am the following day (or 5am the same day if your order is placed between midnight and 5am). If you would like to change or cancel an order after this time please call us on 0845 603 9091 (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm) to find out if this is possible. If the order has already been despatched you can return it to us for a refund within 28 days.
